2026 Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Annual General Meeting ("the AGM") of Senior plc will be held at the
offices of Senior plc, 59-61 High Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RH on Friday 8
May 2026 at 11.30 am.

The Board attaches great importance to the AGM, as it provides shareholders a
forum to hear directly from the Board on how the Company is progressing and to
ask questions to the Directors.  The Company encourages shareholders to
submit any questions on the business of the AGM before the start of the
meeting, by emailing companysecretary@seniorplc.com

All shareholders are recommended to vote by proxy in accordance with the
instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting ("the Notice").  The Notice,
together with a copy of the rules of the Senior plc 2006 Savings-Related Share
Option Scheme, which is being put to shareholders at the AGM for renewal of
its authority, has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and can
also be found on the Company's website

Voting at the AGM will be on a poll, reflecting all proxy voting instructions
duly received.
