** Stock marks biggest one-day pct gain since September 30

** China-based smart cockpit solutions provider enters into cooperation framework deal with SenseTime Group's 0020.HK Shanghai SenseTime Intelligent Technology to jointly promote integration, application of AI in vehicles

** Says firms will jointly develop multimodal human-machine interaction system; enhance driver, passenger experience through integration of voice, graphic, gesture, emotion recognition tech

** Cooperation will include areas in humanoid robots, vehicle-to-everything and overseas market expansion

** Shares of SenseTime fall 4.9% to HK$2.74 after hitting 2-1/2-year high of HK$2.94 on Tuesday

** YTD, SenseTime stock gains 83.2%
