$3.95 premarket
    ** Co's Q2 rev soars more than four-fold to $5.4 mln,
sailing past Refinitiv estimates of $4.3 mln
    ** Qtr helped by strong sales of co's superficial radiation

    ** Net loss narrows to $300,000 in Q2, from $2.6 million a
year earlier, due to lower costs
    ** H.C. Wainwright raises PT on SRTS to $7 from $6, implying
a nearly 98% upside to stock's last close
    ** Current avg recommendation of six analysts on stock is
"buy"; median PT is $7
    ** SRTS down 8.3% YTD, up to the last close
