as 4.4% to A$3.30, their highest since Aug. 30

 quarterly signed contracts rise 30% over same period last year
    ** Says it's seeking advice in relation to distribution of a
large percentage of its holding in software developer

annual report 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since

    ** Nearly 20,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume of
