as 34.1% to a more than one-month high of $0.59 in early trading
** Co says the U.S. FDA has given it clearance to start
clinical trials on its gene therapy for types of blood cancers
** SNTI plans to begin an early-stage trial next year and
expects to disclose initial efficacy data by the end of 2024
** Despite session's gain, stock down 62.2% YTD
