** SNTI expects that the realignment will result in extended
cash runway through at least Q1 2024
** Before realignment efforts, co reported cash and cash
equivalents of $114.9 mln as of September 2022
** Co sees more market opportunity for SENTI-301A in Asia
than in the U.S.
