SENTI-202 and selects it as co's lead cancer treatment candidate
** SENTI-202 showed significant and precise cancer-killing
activity in treating acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and
myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) - SNTI
** Both AML and MDS are groups of cancers associated with
the blood and bone marrow
** Co adds cell therapy also showed protection of healthy
cells from off-tumor cytotoxicity, that refers to the ability of
certain chemicals or mediator cells to destroy living cells
** SNTI plans to evaluate SENTI-202 in patients with
hematologic malignancies, and anticipates to submit
Investigational New Drug application to FDA in H2 of 2023
