** SEPC SEPC.NS rise 11.2% to 14.23 rupees

** Engineering, procurement and construction solutions provider signs agreement with ROSHN Group Company for infra works in Saudi Arabia

** Co bid for infrastructure works in three zones of Jeddah North for 22 bln rupees ($252 mln)

** Stock sees busiest session since October 14, 2024, with ~23.5 mln shares traded - 4x the 30-day avg

** YTD, SEPC falls ~33%
