much as 19.4 pct to 12.90 rupees, their biggest pct gain since
July 27
    ** Construction engineering co got order worth 2.36 bln

    ** More than 407,708 shares changed hands — the highest
volume in over 6 weeks — compared with 30-day moving avg of
76,338
    ** Co's mkt cap surges as much as 2.04 bln rupees since last
close
    ** Stock down about 66 pct this year as of last close
