Invitation to Seplat Energy's 2025 Capital Markets Day

 

Lagos and London, 22 May 2025: Seplat Energy Plc ("Seplat Energy" or the
"Company"), a leading Nigerian independent energy company listed on both the
Nigerian Exchange Limited and London Stock Exchange, will host a capital
markets event at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London,
EC4M 7LS, for analysts and investors on Thursday 18 September at 14:00hrs WAT
(14:00hrs  BST, and 09:00 ET).

Seplat Energy will provide an update on the enlarged Company's corporate
strategy, medium term outlook and capital allocation policy. Further
information will be made available closer to the event.
