NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Seplat Energy PLC ("Seplat" or "Company")

 

Lagos and London - 5(th) August 2022: The following award ("sign-on share
award") over ordinary shares of 0.5 Naira each ("shares") of Seplat were
granted to the Chief Operating Officer of the Company on 04 August 2022 (the
"Award Date"), as set out in his employment contract, using the share price as
at the contract's commencement date.

Vesting conditions are as set out in the employment contract and the Award is
subject to a one-year post vesting holding period.

* The number of shares awarded was calculated by dividing the monetary value
of the Award by the share price on the Commencement Date (i.e. £0.92).
