Seplat Energy Plc ("SEPLAT" or the "Company")

Announcement on Notification of Dealing in Shares by a PDMR

Lagos and London - September 27, 2024:  The Company was notified of the
purchase of 22,571 ordinary shares by Tierce Investments Ltd, a company wholly
owned by Mr. Udoma Udo Udoma, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Company.

The above transaction has resulted in a beneficial ownership of 22,571 shares
by Mr Udoma Udo Udoma which equates to a voting interest of 0.004% based on
the issued shares of 588,444,561.

Further details of the transaction are set out in the attached Notification
and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them.

This notification is made in accordance with Rule 17.15(c) Disclosure of
Dealings in Issuers' Shares, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rule)
