Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited

PDMR / PCA DEALING

 

The Company announces that Iryna Yakymets, a person closely associated with
Anurag Gupta, Chief Risk Officer of Sequoia Investment Management Company
Limited as the Investment Adviser to the Company, has sold 24,000 shares, and
acquired 8,718 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares").
