Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

SEQI, the specialist investor in economic infrastructure debt, will publish
its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2022 on Friday, 25
November 2022.

The Investment Adviser will host a presentation on the interim results for
investors at 10:00am GMT on Friday, 25 November 2022. There will be the
opportunity for participants to ask questions at the end of the presentation.
