Director Declaration

As announced earlier today by James Fisher and Sons plc, Angus Cockburn, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will be appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of James Fisher and Sons plc with effect from 1 May 2021.
 
As announced on 17 December 2020, Angus Cockburn will retire as Serco's Group Chief Financial Officer in April 2021 and will be succeeded by Nigel Crossley who is currently Group Director of Finance.
 
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(R).
