Cancellation of Treasury Shares

 

Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Listing Rule 9.8.2, the
Company hereby notifies that on 20 December 2024 it cancelled 13,767,002
ordinary shares of 2 pence each (Ordinary Shares) previously held in
treasury.

 

Following this transaction, the Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury
and has 1,023,855,243 Ordinary Shares in issue. The total number of Ordinary
Shares with voting rights will be 1,023,855,243 which may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
