As announced earlier today by DS Smith Plc, Rupert Soames, who is an Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Serco Group plc, will become Senior Independent Director of DS Smith Plc, of which he is a Non-Executive director, with effect from 3 September 2019.
