Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 18 March 2015 that Rachel Lomax, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on 18 March 2015 at a price of 172.5 pence per share. 
The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange. This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.2R.
