NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)

 

The Company has been notified of the following disposals of ordinary shares of
2p each of a PDMR. A portion of the shares sold will be used to satisfy
outstanding tax liabilities.
