NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
The Company notifies the following changes in the interests in the ordinary
shares of 2p each (Shares) of PDMRs, arising pursuant to the grant of
Long-Term Incentive Plan awards (Share Awards) on 7 April 2026 at a price of
£2.8852 per Share, being the average closing price of the Shares over the
five Dealing Days prior to the date of grant.
