Serco, the international service company, announces that Eric Born, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board of his intention to stand down as a Director on 31 December 2021.  
 
John Rishton, Non-Executive Chairman of Serco, commented: "I would like to thank Eric personally for his support and, on behalf of the Board, for the contribution he has made to the Company since joining in January 2019, particularly over the last 18 months, a period during which, in common with all other sectors of society, the Company has faced additional challenges."
