2022 full year results revised date; guidance unchanged

Serco today announces a revised date for the publication of its preliminary
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2022.

 

The Group's auditor, KPMG, has requested additional time to complete its
standard procedures after their internal reviews late in the audit timetable
delayed their audit process.

 

As a result, the Group will now announce its results on 28 February 2023, a
delay to the previously planned date of 23 February 2023.

 

The Board confirms that both the 2022 outturn and 2023 guidance are expected
to be in line with the trading update provided on 15 December 2022.
