Total Voting Rights and Capital

 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share
capital as at 31 December 2025 comprised 1,002,743,103 Ordinary Shares of 2
pence each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights was therefore
1,002,743,103, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
