Total Voting Rights and Capital 
 
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital at 30 June 2021 comprised 1,218,008,788 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. 
 
The total number of voting rights in Serco Group plc is therefore 1,218,008,788.
