Transactions in own shares
 
Serco Group plc (the 'Company') announces the purchase of 290,990 ordinary shares of 2 pence each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 8 June 2021.
 
The Company intends to hold all of the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury.
 
Since the announcement of the share buy-back programme on 31 December 2020 (the 'Programme'), the Company has purchased a total of 30,183,615 Ordinary Shares.
 
Following the transactions referred to in this announcement, the Company holds 30,183,615 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 1,203,197,022 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will be 1,203,197,022 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
