The Company intends to hold all of the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Since the announcement of the share buyback programme on 29 February 2024 (the 'Programme'), the Company has purchased a total of 9,440,274 Ordinary Shares. Following the transactions referred to in this announcement, the Company holds 9,440,274 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 1,094,105,692 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
