 Transactions in own shares

 Serco Group plc (the Company) announces the purchase of 66,645 ordinary shares
 of 2 pence each (the Ordinary Shares) through J.P. Morgan Securities plc on 23
 September 2025.

 The Company intends to hold all of the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury.

 Since the announcement of the share buy-back programme on 7 August 2025 (the
 Programme), the Company has purchased a total of 8,308,444 Ordinary Shares.

 Following the transactions referred to in this announcement, the Company holds
 8,308,444 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 1,015,546,799 Ordinary Shares in
 issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of Ordinary Shares with
 voting rights will be 1,015,546,799 which may be used by shareholders as the
 denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
 required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
 Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
 Transparency Rules.
