In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital at 31 December 2019 comprised 1,223,380,637 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
 
The total number of voting rights in Serco Group plc is therefore 1,223,380,637.
