UK's Serco lifts annual profit forecast; CFO to retire next year

Dec 17 (Reuters) - British outsourcing firm Serco SRP.L raised its annual profit forecast on Wednesday and said finance chief Nigel Crossley would retire after 11 years with the firm and be replaced by Mark Reid next year.
