** Shares of outsourcing firm Serco Group SRP.L rise 3.5% to 231p

** SRP's MT&S unit wins IDIQ contract to provide training and simulator services to the U.S. Air Force

** Unit sole awardee under the programme, which carries a ceiling value of up to $972 mln over five years

** Serco also names Michael LaRouche as CEO of its North American division, effective October 1, 2025

** Including session's gain, stock up nearly 50% YTD
