    The countercyclical capital buffer for Italian banks is
confirmed at zero percent for the third quarter of 2024, the
Bank of Italy said on Friday.

    The Italian defence and aerospace group said on Saturday it
had agreed to sell its 98% stake in bus maker Industria Italiana
Autobus to Seri Industrial, selecting the energy accumulator
manufacturer and its green mobility project after vetting with
help from KPMG and Legance several industrial and financial
suitors, both Italian and foreign, since 2022.
