PDMR Dealings

 

London, 14 April 2023 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), confirms that David
Latin, independent non-executive director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at
an average price of 236.463p per share in the Company and Michiel Soeting,
independent non-executive director, purchased 42,300 ordinary shares at a
price of 236.20p per share in the Company.

 

Following these transactions, which are detailed in the PDMR Notification
Dealing Forms below, Mr Latin is interested in 45,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company's current issued
share capital and Mr Soeting is interested in 42,300 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company's current issued
share capital.
