Result of Annual General Meeting

London, 22 May 2025 Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ),  announces that the
resolutions put to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the
Company held earlier today were duly passed.

The results of the AGM were determined by way of a poll and the results were
