UK's Serica abandons Pharos Energy bid Aug 13 (Reuters) - Britain's Pharos Energy PHARP.L said on Thursday Serica Energy SQZ.L will not pursue its takeover of the company after being outbid by Israel's Ratio Petroleum RTPTp.TA last week.
