Nov 2 (Reuters) - Servizi Italia SpA SERIT.MI :
* During the Third Exercise Period, 9,311,120 warrants have been exercised with consequent
subscription of 2,327,780 newly-issued Servizi Italia ordinary shares at 3.30 euros ($3.64) each
(at the ratio of 1 new share every 4 exercised warrants), with nominal value of 1.00 euro per
share, having regular jouissance and the same features as Servizi Italia ordinary shares
outstanding at the issue date for a total countervalue of 7,681,674.00 euros
