Feb 13 (Reuters) - Servizi Italia Spa SERIT.MI :
* Says signed agreement for starting sterilization
activities in morocco
* For this purpose, Servizi Italia acquired 51.0 pct of
Servizi Sanitari Integrati Marocco S.e.r.l (SSIM), a company
that on Feb. 10 signed a preliminary agreement for the
establishment of SI Marocco, which will be held 50 pct by SSIM
and other 50 pct by the local partner Blue Field Healthcare
S.a.r.l.
