Dec 14 (Reuters) - Servizi Italia SpA SERIT.MI :
* Announces signing of contract, together with other
partners, with Ministry of Health of Republic of Albania for
10-year concession of management of sterilization services
* Holds a 30 pct stake in a special purpose vehicle that has
been established under name Saniservice Sh.pk for developing and
delivering services under concession
* The value of contract for SaniService is over 70 million
euros ($77.21 million) for entire period of contract and
includes annual revision of prices according to local inflation
