July 27 (Reuters) - Servizi Italia SpA SERIT.MI :
* Signs agreement to acquire 40 percent stake in Ankateks Turizm Insaat Tekstil Temizleme
San Ve Tic Ltd Sti (Ankateks) in Turkey for preliminary amount of 16.5 million liras ($6.01
million)
* Stake price to be recalculated and to become definitive based on a multiplier of the 2016
net results of Ankateks and of the controlled entity Ergulteks
* Immediately after the approval of 2016 results, Servizi Italia will also have the right of
acquiring the control of the Group through the purchase of an additional 15.0 percent of
Ankateks share capital (totaling 55.0 percent of the share capital) based on the same pricing
criteria
