** Deutsche Telekom DTEGn.DE has struck a $7 billion
share-swap deal with SoftBank Group 9984.T to increase its
stake in U.S. unit T-Mobile TMUS.O and sold its Dutch unit in
a major shake-up that strengthens the German group's

** Swedish telecoms operator Tele2 TEL2b.ST said it and
Deutsche Telekom had agreed to sell jointly-owned T-Mobile
Netherlands to private equity groups Apax Partners and Warburg

** The Public Investment Fund, Saudi Arabia's sovereign
fund, has made a non-binding offer to buy a 60% stake in the
towers of Kuwaiti-backed Zain KSA 7030.SE , while two other
