Severfield plc ("the Company") notes that Louise Hardy, an independent
non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed non-executive
director of Balfour Beatty Group plc with effect from 1(st) April 2022 and has
resigned as a non-executive director of Renew Holdings plc with effect from
9(th) March 2022.

There are no other matters to disclose under LR 9.6.13 R(1)-(6).
