Severn Trent Plc announces that, on 30 June 2026, awards over 224,703 Ordinary Shares of 9717/19 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company were granted under the terms of the Severn Trent Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 (the "Plan") in line with the Directors' Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting, including awards over 90,000 Ordinary Shares to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities as set out below (the "PDMR Awards").

These Ordinary Shares will vest on 25 July 2029, depending on the achievement of performance targets and service with the Company. No consideration was paid for the grant of these awards, and no payment is due on the release of any shares. The share price used to calculate these awards was based on the average of the mid-market price for an Ordinary Share in the Company over 25, 26 and 29 June 2026.
The Remuneration Committee has the discretion to make downward or upward adjustments to the vesting of these awards resulting from the application of the Performance Conditions if it believes that the outcomes are not a fair and accurate reflection of overall financial and operational performance, this includes consideration of any windfall gains resulting from share price volatility. It also has the discretion to reduce the number of shares subject to award before vesting or claw back shares acquired (or their equivalent value) following vesting.
