Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the
Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
Vesting of an Award held by James Bowling 
On 1 June 2015, in accordance with the terms of an agreement between the Company and James Bowling (Executive Director of the Company) dated 29May 2015 ("Agreement"), 14,115 Shares vested pursuant to Tranche 1 of the Award and on 1 June 2015, the independent trustee of the Severn Trent Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust ("Trustee") transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 14,115 Shares to James Bowling for nil consideration in satisfaction of Tranche 1 of the Award.
