Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the

On 15 July 2015, Severn Trent Plc ("the Company") granted 173,054 Ordinary Shares under the terms of the Severn Trent Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 (the "Plan") following approval of the Directors' Remuneraton Policy by shareholders at the Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting, including 126,634 Ordinary Shares to the Directors and PDMRs of the Company as set out below. These Ordinary Shares will vest at the end of a three year performance period, depending on the achievement of performance targets and service with the Company.
