Vesting of a Restricted Award held by Emma Fitzgerald
On 28 July 2015, in accordance with the terms of a Restricted Award agreement between the Company and Emma Fitzgerald (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility) dated 21 July 2015 ("Agreement"), 14,498 Shares vested pursuant to the Agreement and on 29 July 2015, the independent trustee of the Severn Trent Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust ("Trustee") transferred the beneficial interest in a total of 14,498 Shares to Emma Fitzgerald for nil consideration in satisfaction of the Restricted Award.
