Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of
Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely
Associated Persons
The Company announces that the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs'), and their closely associated persons,
where applicable, have transferred their certificated holdings of Ordinary
Shares of 97 17/19 pence in the Company into nominee CREST accounts for £nil
consideration, as detailed below.
Following the transfers, the beneficial shareholdings of each of the Executive
Directors and PDMRs, and their associated persons, where applicable, remains
unchanged.
Notifications set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of the
UK Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail.
