Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of
Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and their
Closely Associated Persons

The Company has been notified by Sarah Legg, Non-Executive Director, of the
transfer of her ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each in Severn Trent Plc to
a new nominee CREST account for £nil consideration, with no change in
beneficial ownership.  The resultant interest in shares remains 1,912 shares
in the Company.

 

The Company wishes to announce in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation the following notifications.
