Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 3 November 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 239,619,895ordinary shares of 9717/19 pence each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Severn Trent Plc is 239,619,895.
The above figure of 239,619,895may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
