Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 1 December 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 239,335,713 ordinary shares of 9717/19 pence each with voting rights. 
As at 1 December 2015 the Company holds 3,233,774 shares in Treasury. 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Severn Trent Plc is 236,101,939 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine, if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Severn Trent Plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
