Publication of Final Terms

 

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

 

Final Terms dated 27 January 2023 (the "Final Terms") in respect of Severn
Trent Utilities Finance Plc's (the "Issuer") JPY 8,300,000,000 1.60 per cent.
Guaranteed Notes due 2036 (the "Notes") guaranteed by Severn Trent Water
Limited (the "Guarantor") issued under the €8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term
Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in
conjunction with the prospectus dated 27 July 2022 and the supplement to it
dated 22 November 2022 (together, the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus
constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as
it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2018. Full information on the Issuer, the Guarantor and the offer of the Notes
is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the
Prospectus.
