Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

The Supplementary Prospectus dated 24 January 2025 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus dated 22 July 2024, as previously
supplemented on 22 November 2024 (the "Prospectus") relating to a
€10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and
Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited
as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities
Finance Plc.
